Delivery Information

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm GMT will begin processing that day, excluding bank holidays, and usually shipped within 1-2 business days depending on availability and credit verification.

 

All orders placed after 1pm GMT will begin processing the next business day.

 

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm GMT will begin processing the following working day. Urbanelegnacelondon.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

 

We DO NOT offer Saturday delivery's

Whilst we aim for orders to arrive within two working days please be aware that this could sometimes be between 3-5 working days. If you are not present when delivery is made royal mail should leave a card with your tracking number enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.
