CONTRACT

On placing an order with Urbanelegancelondon.com we will send you an email acknowledgement confirming we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. At the point of dispatch we will send an invoice as confirmation of your order and as confirmation of the order being processed.

In the unlikely event that goods are no longer available or there has been a pricing mistake you will be notified immediately. In this situation you will not receive an invoice and there will be no contract between us.
