RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all undamaged and unworn items within 14 days of the order date.

Please note.

 

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.

Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. Our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. UrbanEleganceLondonLTD will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
